As a snow storm empties on Bryce Canyon, a golden ray from the sunset streaks out to light a lonely tree. As we walked along the brim of Bryce Canyon, my wife noticed this tree; it drew her in. I almost passed it by except from her!
This piece won Best of Show in Fine Art Photography at the Utah State Fair in 2016, and First Place at the BYU Landscape competition at the Monte Bean Museum in 2017.
